Vitamin D is a vital vitamin that plays an important role for the immune system, bones and adequate muscle function. Together with oily fish, the best source of vitamin D is the sun (this is the reason why vitamin D is often referred to as “The Sun”). Research shows that many people may have a lack of vitamin D. We are particularly vulnerable at the northern latitudes that are not exposed enough to the sun during the winter months.
Both vitamin D and K are so-called fat-soluble vitamins, which means they need fat to be absorbed into the body. Therefore, Upgrit has chosen to mix D3+K2 in MCT oil, which ensures that the vitamins are absorbed in the absolute best way.

Recommended dosage:
1 capsule per day with meals.
Vitamin K2 supplements should not be combined with blood thinners unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor. This is because K2 promotes blood clotting and can thereby impair the effect of blood thinners.
